CMU block with columns, pilasters, and caps — finished in stucco, stone veneer, or brick. Engineered to Arizona wind loads to block sight lines, cut street noise, and define your yard.
Utility Walls
Screen walls that hide pool equipment, A/C units, trash enclosures, and side-yard utilities — same structural core and finish as the rest of your hardscape, so the eyesores disappear.
Retaining Walls
Engineered through caliche hardpan. Proper footings, drain-rock backfill, and weep holes — never skipped. Natural stone or stucco finish over a solid grouted core.
Kitchen
CMU structural core only — no wood framing. Gas, electric, and water rough-in before the slab. Stone veneer, stucco, or tile finish with full appliance fitment built in.

Site Assessment
We probe soil depth, locate caliche layers, assess drainage patterns, and photograph the site from multiple angles. Nothing gets drawn until we understand what the ground is actually doing.
Engineering & Drainage
Where a wall calls for it, we produce a structural plan and design the drainage before any block is laid — footing depth, reinforcement, drain rock, and weep holes spec'd to your site, not guessed. It's what keeps the wall standing after the first monsoon.
Foundation & Core
Footings poured to depth, rebar set, CMU block laid, cells grouted solid. The structure is complete and cured before a single finish material is applied. No cosmetic shortcuts over a weak core.
Finish & Seal
Scratch coat, veneer or stucco, cap installation, full sealing before we leave the site. Every exposed masonry surface gets the correct sealer — natural stone, stucco, and block each require different products.
